What items are accepted for Bulky Waste Collections

ACCEPTED

The following items CAN be put out for collection:

✔ Large household items
✔ Furniture and mattresses
✔ Large electrical appliances and whitegoods
✔ Scrap metal
✔ Rolled rugs and carpet
✔ Toys, sporting and camping items
✔ Small wood and timber items

NOT ACCEPTED

The following items WILL NOT be collected:

✘ Garbage, food scraps and recycling
✘ Televisions and computers
✘ Garden waste
✘ Asbestos and fibro sheeting
✘ Hazardous waste (paint, petrol, oil, gas bottles, fire extinguishers, light globes)
✘ Building and demolition waste  (including concrete, bricks and soil)
✘ Glass and mirrors
✘ Car parts, batteries and tyres
