Apartment complex six (6) storeys and above

Strata management can book user pays bulky waste collections for your apartment complex. Individual residents will not be able to book a service directly. Individual residents must contact their Strata Manager to enquire about the next booked bulky waste collection at your complex. Strata management can access bin signage, stickers and educational resource here.

The service allows your complex to have five (5) cubic metres of bulky waste collected from an agreed on-property collection location for $165 plus GST per collection. Payment is required at the time of making the booking, either by credit or debit card.

The service is provided by Council’s waste collection contractor (Cleanaway), who will manage the booking and payment.

Strata Management can make an on-property bulky waste collection booking by calling the Waste Hotline on 13 70 30, between 8.30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. The service will occur within two weeks of making the booking. Once booked, fill out the following form to notify residents.

Strata Management will be responsible for arrangements to present the bulky waste to the agreed on-property collection location from onsite storage rooms.
