Beeswax Wrap Making

Learn how to Love Food, Hate Waste! You will learn how to make sustainable food choices, to help save the planet and save you time and money. The distances our food travels to us is at an all-time high, and so is our level of food wastage. Find out how to know the difference between products that are organic, natural, ethical and fair trade and how to reduce your food miles and food wastage.

Note: You will also make your own safe and eco-friendly beeswax wrap to take home with you. Beeswax wraps are a great alternative to single use plastic wrap.

All events hosted by the Waste Management Branch are held at accessible council venues.
