Are you or a loved one living with arthritis?

Arthritis is an umbrella term for more than 100 medical conditions that affect the musculoskeletal system, specifically joints where two or more bones meet. While arthritis is very common – affecting 1 in 6 Australians, more than 3.9 million adults and children in Australia – it is not well understood.

The Arthritis Management session will be delivered in partnership with Arthritis NSW. During the session, you will learn more about:

  • What is Arthritis?
  • Osteoarthritis
  • Rheumatoid Arthritis
  • Risk Factors and Diagnosis
  • Signs and Symptoms
  • Self-Management Practices
  • Resources to support those living with arthritis
