This five-hour (9.3 km), challenging circuit bushwalk explores a large southern section of Muogamarra Nature Reserve.
Learn about the history of Muogamarra NR, identify a large diversity of plant species and their ecological response to fire, discover an Aboriginal engraving and discuss the fauna who call this special place home. Bring plenty of water and snacks for our morning tea break at the Djarra Creek crossing.
Walk Grade: 4 (Challenging) - sections of the trail are hilly, steep and rough.
Suitability: Adults and older teens with some bushwalking experience and a high level of fitness.
Supervision: Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult
