‘The Press Gang’ Printmakers

The Press Gang is a volunteer run printmaking group, which operates from a purpose-built community printmaking studio at the Wallarobba Arts and Cultural Centre. The group began in 2011 with the aim to provide a space for printmakers to share ideas and to learn from more experienced printmakers.

‘The Press Gang’ printmakers meet every Friday during school term, 9.30am – 2.30pm. The is a minimal fee of $5 per week to cover the cost of printing supplies. The fully equipped studio is run as a non-toxic studio with no solvents or harsh chemicals.

Open Studio: The Printmaking studio at Wallarobba will be open to the public on Thursday 6 – Friday 7 March and Thursday 13 March – Friday 14 March, 10am-4pm.  The Press Gang will be happy to give you a tour of their studio.
