Storytime will return after the school holidays on 3 February 2025.

Storytime at Hornsby Shire Libraries is the perfect introduction to the Library and a love of books and reading. Have fun with your child at our inclusive sessions, socialise with other children and explore early literacy and language skills with stories, songs and activities. You and your child can become library members for free and keep the reading fun going at home.

We can’t wait to see you at Storytime!

How can we get the most out of Storytime?

  • Participate with your child and have fun!
  • For privacy reasons, please do not take photos or videos.
  • If your child becomes restless, upset or excessively noisy, please feel free to leave the session until your child has settled.
  • Hornsby Library has a range of fidget toys available for those too wriggly to sit still for long. Ask the friendly Library team about them.
