Moorfield Hills Reserve Playground, Dural
Council has prepared a draft Concept Plan for Moorfield Hills Reserve Playground.
The draft Concept Plan proposes the following items:
- Removal of the existing play equipment and picnic shelters, and expansion of the playground towards the North / West
- A local scale playground with a large play tower, basket swing, a 4-way rocker and inclusive play panels
- Seating opportunities including new picnic setting and park shelter, park seat with backrest and sandstone logs for informal seating
- Upgrading the playground entrance to include an accessible concrete path
- Refurbishment of the existing fence and extension of the fence towards the North / West
- New park sign
- Removal of 1 x tree in poor health as advised by Council Arborist. Replacement tree planting to be undertaken.
Staged works may be necessary subject to funding availability.

Consultation closes Monday, 25 November 2024.
All comments received during the consultation period will be collated into a Consultation Report. The Consultation Report will be uploaded to Council’s website and provided to those who submitted feedback.
