Mills Park Playspace, Asquith

Council has prepared a draft Landscape Plan for Mills Park, Asquith to set a vision for upcoming capital works upgrades.

The draft Landscape Concept Plan proposes the following items:

• Renewal of the playground including a multiplay unit, swings, nature play equipment and mini trampoline.
• New pedestrian paths
• Outdoor fitness station with a range of equipment
• Remove chainmesh fence from Chelmsford Road frontage and replace with sandstone block bollards
• Re-paint the existing tennis hit-up wall
• Installation of a netball hoop
• Site signage
• Additional tree plantings to improve shade around the playspace

This project is proudly funded by the NSW Government in association with Hornsby Shire Council.
