My family and I moved to Hornsby over 25 years ago. I am passionate about the health and wellbeing of women and children, the importance of Visual and Performing Arts in society, and an inclusive community where all basic needs are met and we are all valued.

My focus during this term will be on:

• Representing the collective interests of Ward B residents, ratepayers, and my wider community.
• Facilitating open communication between my local community and council.
• Participating in the master planning for our Bushland Shire.

• 30 years' experience in Event Management, Strategic planning, Not For Profit sector and fundraising.
• Inaugural Board Member and subsequent Board Chair of Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Women's Shelter.
• NSW Local Woman of the Year and inaugural Westfield Local Hero.
• Advocate for Women's Community Shelters and Board member of Boomerang Meeting Place Inc.
