Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Home Modification and Maintenance Service Special Promotion 2022 – Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply:

A special promotion of services provided by Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Home Modification and Maintenance Service (HMMS) is available for referrals received between 25 March 2022 to 22 April 2022 as per the Terms and Conditions below:

The following Terms and Conditions Apply:

  1. The Promoter is Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Home Modification and Maintenance Service of 22-28 George Street, Hornsby New South Wales 2077 (“Promoter”).
  2. Entry into the HMMS promotion is open to residents of the Hornsby Shire Council areas, who are sixty-five (65) years of age or older (50+ for people of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander background) and are the registered proprietor or occupier of the premises reported in the application.
  3. A person is also an occupier of the premises, if he or she occupies the premises pursuant to a lease agreement. A person who leases a premises must obtain the written consent of the registered proprietor prior to participating in the HMMS promotion.
  4. Only one (1) service per person per household is permitted.
  5. To be eligible, you must complete the HMMS referral process and obtain a referral code from My Aged Care between 25 March and 22 April 2022.
  6. Eligible applicants can receive one of the following services for a flat fee of $100.00 if they are a new customer and they provide a My Aged Care referral code:
    Window and Gutter cleaning (external only, single story level). Applicants are able to have additional windows cleaned as per regular service costs.
  7. Maintenance work will be scheduled within three months of referral, dependent on the availability of a suitable tradesperson.
  8. Applicants are able to request additional services provided by HMMS which will be charged as per the regular service fees and charges.
