Dementia Action Week 2023

This year, Dementia Action Week will be held between 18 and 24 September.

This year’s theme is Act Now for a Dementia-Friendly Future.

The Riverboat Postman tourThe Riverboat Postman Tour

Tuesday 19 September, 10am-1pm

As part of ‘Hello Hornsby’ and in honour of Dementia Action Week 2023, we are pleased to invite people with dementia and their carers to join us on The Riverboat Postman tour for a wonderful day out.

The Riverboat Postman Tour is a 3-hour trip along the Hawkesbury River, starting and ending in Brooklyn. Brooklyn is easily accessible by train with Hawkesbury River Station adjacent to the Wharf.

Booking: Bookings open 9am, Monday 4 September. Tickets are limited and bookings are essential.
