Hello Hornsby

Introducing ‘Hello Hornsby’, a special program of regular activities, outings, events, information sessions and workshops for Hornsby Shire residents aged 60+ years.

‘Hello Hornsby’ will create environments and opportunities where seniors can come together, meet new people, reconnect with old friends, and perhaps even try or learn something new.

The program of events will be free of charge and will be held in various locations around the Shire.

This project is brought to you by your Special Rate Variation. Building a stronger future for Hornsby Shire.

National Volunteer Week Comedy Show and Lunch

Tuesday 20 May, 10am-1.30pm

Location: Hornsby RSL
Event cost: Free

Morning Tea on arrival plus an opportunity for networking and connecting with other volunteers.

Comedy Show featuring four of Australia’s funniest performers.

Delicious lunch served after the show.

Online bookings are essential.  Bookings will open on Tuesday 15 April.

Coffee & Chat

Tuesday 29 April, 10.30am-12pm

Location: Judge’s Bakery Ghost Building and Plaza, Coronation Street, Hornsby
Event cost: Free

Hello Hornsby invites seniors 60+ to join us for a Coffee & Chat – a fun and informal chance to catch up with friends and neighbours and meet new people.  Free morning tea will be provided.

Harmony Day Morning Tea

Friday 21 March, 10am-12pm, Hornsby Library

Join us for morning tea, fun, games and connection to celebrate Harmony Day.
