Tuesday: 8.45am – Strength with Purpose Super Seniors: exercise class for fit and active older adults to increase strength, and enhance balance and mobility
Tuesday: 10am – Strength With Purpose – Starters. A gentle exercise class for seniors with mobility issues or specific health needs.
